Ingredients

Organic extra virgin olive oil, softgel [bovine gelatine, humectant (glycerine), water], retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, from lanolin).

    I take it seasonally, especially in winter. I have a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin A is very good for the skin but keep in mind that if your skin is sensitive it can increase its sensitivity (that's my case if I take it very often) and in summer be consistent with sunscreen if you take it (I know, I'm not consistent with that either).
