    I take it at breakfast, because I eat eggs, I recommend taking it with fats for better absorption. The size of the tablets is perfect, and they do not repeat.

    I tried the liposomal turmeric and it does meet my expectations. The capsules are medium-sized, unflavored, and come in an acceptable amount. In theory, it should absorb better than conventional turmeric, although it is not noticeably noticeable. The price is reasonable for a liposomal product.
