    I had heard a lot about lions mane extract and was hesitant, but after trying it, I noticed a significant improvement in memory and concentration when taken with NADH. I also noticed a significant improvement in mood, stress, stomach and intestinal health, and I feel much less inflamed. I highly recommend it. I will continue taking it.

    I loved that the capsules are tiny. I wish they were all like that, because I have a hard time swallowing others. As for the effect, lion's mane serves to improve intestinal permeability and at the same time the nervous system.
