What is Lactase (Beta-Galactosidase) 5000 FCC ALU?
Lactase (Beta-Galactosidase) 5000 FCC ALU from EssentialSeries is a vegan tablet supplement made from Beta-galactosidase, an enzyme intended for human consumption derived from Aspergillus oryzae.
This enzyme is a disaccharidase, meaning it’s responsible for 'breaking' the bonds of a disaccharide, in this case lactose, which is the sugar in milk and dairy products.

The product is fine. You have to take two to notice some effect. The bottle is much larger than the total content of the pills, it would be nice to have another system to carry it. Otherwise, it seems to have an effect and you can enjoy a pizza without the heaviness afterwards. I will repeat.
