DAO: the key ingredient in the formula
DAO is the star of Histamine Care. It’s a reference enzyme, and in this formula we’ve included it with very high activity: 36,288 HDU per capsule.
Plus, we’re not talking about any old DAO. We obtain it from pork kidney protein extract, a premium quality source, and it’s standardized to 7% in diamine oxidase. This allows working with a specific ingredient, with known quality and clearly defined activity.
HDU are units used to express the activity of DAO. In other words: it’s not just the milligrams that matter, the activity matters too.
PureWay-C®: premium vitamin C, not just any vitamin C
In Histamine Care we’ve included PureWay-C®, a vitamin C raw material developed by One Innovation Labs. Unlike conventional vitamin C, PureWay-C® combines ascorbic acid with lipid metabolites and citrus bioflavonoids, a technology designed to improve it.
PureWay-C® provides ascorbic acid, lipids from Oryza sativa, and citrus bioflavonoids from citrus fruit extracts. It’s a form of vitamin C with more work behind it, ideal for the development of our Histamine Care, a product based on quality and careful ingredient selection.
