- 100 ml skimmed milk or plant-based milk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- A few drops of vanilla flavouring
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp FoodSeries Cocoa Powder
- FoodSeries Low-Sugar Cocoa and Hazelnut Hyperproteic Spread (optional)

- Mix all the ingredients except the cocoa. Taste the batter to check the flavour, as this is the right moment to adjust the sweetness.
- Set aside 1/3 of the mixture and mix it with the cocoa powder.
- Pour the plain batter into a tin and then add the cocoa batter on top, in the centre. There is no need to move the tin for it to spread, as the batter will spread on its own.
- Carefully place it in the oven at 180°C for around 25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- You can add Nutchoco spread to taste.
