- 100g Cream cheese
- 125g Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop SportSeries Evowhey Protein Vanilla Flavour
- Red colouring (optional)
- 100g FoodSeries Rice Flour
- 30g FoodSeries Tapioca Starch
- 175ml milk
- ½ tsp FoodSeries Sucralose Powder
- 15g BioSeries Organic Virgin Coconut

How to make: Home-made Fit Mochis

- Mix the cream cheese, strawberry yoghurt, vanilla flavoured Evowhey protein and a few drops of red food colouring (optional) in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture into small moulds.
- Freeze for a couple of hours minimum.
- To prepare the dough, put the dough ingredients in a bowl, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Stir the dough every 30 seconds.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes and then knead well to obtain a fine, elastic dough. Add a little more rice flour to the kitchen worktop to prevent sticking.
- Make small balls of the same size and roll them out with a rolling pin into thin circles.
- Fill with the ice cream, close and remove the excess.
- Decorate if desired (we used edible glitter).
