How to make: Home-made Fit Mochis

  1. Mix the cream cheese, strawberry yoghurt, vanilla flavoured Evowhey protein and a few drops of red food colouring (optional) in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture into small moulds.
  3. Freeze for a couple of hours minimum.
  4. To prepare the dough, put the dough ingredients in a bowl, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Stir the dough every 30 seconds.
  5. Leave to cool for a few minutes and then knead well to obtain a fine, elastic dough. Add a little more rice flour to the kitchen worktop to prevent sticking.
  6. Make small balls of the same size and roll them out with a rolling pin into thin circles.
  7. Fill with the ice cream, close and remove the excess.
  8. Decorate if desired (we used edible glitter).
