Delicious chocolate and peanut bites to enjoy as a tasty afternoon snack or with a coffee at breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 5 scoops of Low-Fat Peanut Butter Powder from FoodSeries.
  • 2 scoops of Erythritol Powder from FoodSeries.
  • 4 scoops of Cocoa Powder from FoodSeries.
  • 1 tablespoon of Nut Chocolate Protein Spread from FoodSeries.
  • 8 digestive-type biscuits.
  • Ground peanuts.

How to make: Chocolate and Peanut Bites

Preparation time:10 minutes

  1. Add the biscuits to the blender.
  2. Blend until you have a fine mix.
  3. Put the peanut butter powder in bowl.
  4. Add water until the desired texture is reached.
  5. Add the ground biscuits to the peanut butter.
  6. Fill a mould with grease-proof paper and the mix.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  8. For the chocolate, melt a tablespoon of butter.
  9. In a bowl, add the cocoa powder, melted butter and erythritol.
  10. Stir, adding water to obtain the desired texture.
  11. Add a tablespoon of Nut Choco to the cocoa mix.
  12. Pour the chocolate into the previous mixture already refrigerated.
  13. Put it back in the fridge for at least four hours.
  14. Take it out of the mould.
  15. Add crushed peanuts to taste.
