  1. For the falafel, blend the parsley, garlic, onion and lemon juice. Then add the cooked chickpeas and mash again. If the mixture is too runny, you can add a tablespoon of FoodSeries Chickpea Flour.
  2. Leave the mixture to cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Shape the falafels, place on the Airfyer or baking tray, add a little oil spray and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C. Cooking time will depend on the size of the falafel.
  4. While baking, chop lettuce and tomato. Toast a wheat tortilla in a frying pan with a little coconut oil.
  5. Assemble the kebab with the toasted wheat tortilla, FoodSeries kebab sauce, lettuce, tomato, falafel and more sauce. Roll up and enjoy!
