  1. Roll out the puff pastry sheet. If it is round, trim the edges to give it a rectangular shape.
  2. Spread the hazelnut and cocoa protein spread over half of the pastry sheet. Fold the other half over the top and cut the filled pastry into two pieces: each one will become a spider.
  3. Place a round container in the centre of each piece to mark the body. Using a knife, shape the body and cut the legs around it, as shown in the video, keeping them attached to the centre.
  4. Twist each leg into a spiral.
  5. Brush the surface with egg white and bake at 190°C for the time indicated by the puff pastry manufacturer, until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly and decorate with the edible candy eyes.

  1. In a bowl, mix the well-drained tuna, grated mozzarella, and tomato and truffle sauce.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into several rectangles. You can use a rectangular container as a guide to mark them. Set aside the leftover pastry to make the bandages.
  3. Place a generous tablespoon of filling onto each rectangle and spread it evenly, following its shape and leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Cut the leftover puff pastry into strips and arrange them over the filling, criss-crossing them to resemble mummy bandages.
  5. Press the ends of the strips against the puff pastry base with a fork to seal them. Use a knife to trim any uneven edges.
  6. Brush the surface with egg white and bake at 190°C for the time indicated by the puff pastry manufacturer, until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and add the edible candy eyes to complete your mummies. Ready to enjoy!
