My vitamin D tests were always low. I tried other calcium and D3 supplements and the capsules were huge and hard to swallow Some made me nauseous. So I decided to try this product. I had no idea what this eggshell stuff was all about but just do a couple of searches and you can find out all the information. For athletes I think it is a very good product to reduce ailments and help prolong our time in the sense of keeping the joints greased. By the way, great price!
