Ingredients
Mix of probiotic bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agents [magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source) and silicon dioxide].

Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. For a normal person, it's great for regulating the intestines. In my case, suffering from IBS, I still need pre-biotics as well as digestive enzymes.
