    Just like NOW's Taurine, I take it along with other (many) supplements to help the heart and I think it works well. Sprinkled on breakfast cereal by opening the capsules so you don't swallow so many capsules it doesn't seem to taste like anything. I have known NOW products for a long time and find them very good.
