Ingredients
Beta-alanine, rice flour, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent [stearic acid (vegetable source)], antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).
Warnings
For adults only. Beta-alanine may cause mild temporary itching of the skin in some individuals. After a few weeks of beta-alanine supplementation, the sensation decreases or disappears. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medication or if you have a medical condition. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Health claim awaiting European authorization.
Take 3 capsules 2 or 3 times a day with water or your favourite drink. For best results, leave 2 hours between doses.

Beta Alanine with the Carnosyn patent, which is synonymous with quality and efficacy. Taking 2 grams daily (in my case pre-training) you notice how it reduces fatigue, tiredness and most importantly, the appearance of lactic acid. For triathlon, athletics series, CrossFit, and any sport where the anaerobic threshold is exceeded, it works. 10/10.

I like that it is in tablets. I used to mix it in my shake and it was annoying. Some paresthesia but nothing to worry about. Somewhat expensive but I recommend it.
