White Chocolate and Strawberry Syrup from FoodSeries is the latest recipe we have developed from the most successful Fit syrup flavor in our catalog: The white chocolate syrup, loved by everyone who has tried it. We have decided to give it a new life in its alternative version with Strawberry!

The base flavor is the same sweetened white chocolate syrup you love from HSN, the one that has accompanied you in your breakfasts with Evocakes, in your protein shakes, and in your children's snacks; but now we have added a touch of strawberry, which balances the syrup's flavor ideally with a fruity taste, a tart touch characteristic of strawberry, and a delicious contrast that will delight everyone who tries it, while always maintaining our essence: Fit Syrups, made with high-quality ingredients.

HSN's syrups and sauces are zero versions of their original counterparts.

A white chocolate and strawberry syrup is loaded with sugars and fats, characteristic of the white chocolate used for its preparation, cream as a base, and sugar and modified butters that can be added for its preparation; in addition to the fact that the strawberry they usually add is not strawberry, but strawberry syrup, which is basically a molasses of added sugar with flavoring.

At HSN we have taken a turn on the original recipe of white chocolate and strawberry syrup, loaded with sugars and generally inadvisable ingredients, and for this we have consulted expert pastry chefs, and carried out many taste and composition tests to ensure that the result is optimal in flavor and texture, without affecting its nutritional composition, i.e., offering a recipe almost without calories, without fats and sugars, so that it can be compatible with your diet, whatever it may be.

We have sweetened our white chocolate and strawberry syrup with calorie-free sweeteners, specifically with a base of erythritol and stevia to achieve the best balance and sweet taste, along with sucralose to enhance the sweetness intensity.

Our white chocolate syrup recipe is one of the most acclaimed preparations in our catalog.

Since its initial launch, our white chocolate syrup has gone through different processes of improving the original recipe, always maintaining the essence with which we create our sauces and syrups: to use the best ingredients and be 'Fit' versions of the original presentation.

Besides the original white chocolate recipe, since its first launch we have been working on alternative versions of the syrup, where we could renew the original flavor successfully, offering something different and delicious for everyone's taste, and after many tests and attempts we have achieved it, we have found the definitive union:

The sweetness and smooth flavor of white chocolate syrup, which is perfect for a mix and contrast of flavors with other more daring tastes; along with the flavor of strawberry, fruity, sweet but with a tart touch that balances and completes the syrup's flavor optimally to achieve a much more complete result, which while not as 'neutral' as the base white chocolate syrup, will delight lovers of a bolder syrup, with a more complete flavor, perfect for pancakes, porridge, and creams, as well as for many protein flavors by adding it directly to the shake.

Without TiO2 - Syrup without colorants, natural tone

One of the main problems with white chocolate syrups, regardless of whether they are Fit versions or traditional presentations with sugar, is that they use 'opacifying' agents which are white coloring agents that remove the translucency of the original syrup.

However, these types of colorants, only serve an aesthetic function, they do not have functions on the taste of the product nor the final result once you add it to the recipe; that is, the result in the mouth does not change depending on whether a coloring agent like titanium dioxide is added or not.

Titanium dioxide in particular, which is the most used coloring agent for this type of syrups, was determined by the European Food Safety Authority as a sweetening agent whose safety has not been concluded, so it should not be used; can you imagine using a Fit syrup to make your diet easier and follow a healthy lifestyle, but harm your health?

At HSN from our beginnings we follow a 'clean labeling' criterion which means that we try that our products, all of them, from proteins to encapsulated products, passing through sauces and syrups, of course; have the least amount of additives possible and avoiding as much as possible additives that serve aesthetic functions that do not have a useful end in the final product; of course, staying away from any potentially concerning additive, and only using those that have assured safety.

In our white chocolate and strawberry syrup we have not added colorants, as well as we do not do since the first improvement of the initial formula, years ago, in our original white chocolate syrup; that is why it is possible that you find our white chocolate and strawberry syrup paler, with more translucency, especially if you compare it with your memory of melted white chocolate, it's normal, but we assure you that the result is equally optimal.

A Lighter, denser syrup - Say goodbye to liquid texture

One of the fundamental problems we had to face from the beginning of the development of our sauces and syrups was the texture, since a traditional syrup is prepared naturally and without complications, with a dense and consistent texture, due to the large amounts of sugar it uses, and the fats that can be used that texturize it; however, when the syrup that is prepared is a light version, without sugar or fat, the texture tends to result in a very light consistency, which can be a problem for people who use the syrup as a topping for recipes.

At HSN we have focused, among other things, on improving the texture of our fit syrups, all of them without adding sugars or fats, only with low-calorie ingredients, such as the vegetable fiber we use to improve the consistency of our syrups; thanks to it, and the preparation by the specialist chefs who carry out the elaboration of our syrups, we have achieved a consistency very unusual in zero options on the market, since it is not liquid like the rest of the syrups you can find.

    After not liking the white chocolate flavor very much, I decided to take a chance and try the white chocolate with amorodo. The taste is much better than the previous one and much less artificial. The calorie and carbohydrate values are acceptable even for keto diets. I recommend it.

    The syrup has virtually no calories, which makes it very versatile. The consistency is quite thick (could be a tad thinner). The strawberry flavor comes across well, the chocolate is rather subtle. The syrup is really very sweet, almost too sweet, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just use less and it will be fine.
