- Use a food processor. Add the date paste (95g approx.), the beans and the cocoa powder and blend until everything is well combined.
- Let it settle in the kitchen for a couple of hours or in the freezer around 10 minutes.
- Take it out of the fridge and make small balls with a teaspoon. Wet your hands so that the paste will not stick to your hands.
- Cover them with the coconut powder and chia seeds.
- Store them in the fridge, in a closed recipient on vegetable paper.
