Ingredients
Sweetener (xylitol), calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), orange juice powder, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent [fatty acids (plant-based source)], coconut oil powder, maltodextrin, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavourings, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), thickener (gum arabic), humectant (glycerine), bulking agent (ethyl cellulose), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), medium-chain triglycerides, ergocalciferol (vitamin D).
Warnings
An excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or under medical supervision.. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. Do not consume the dry pouch, keep it inside the bottle. May contain gluten, soya, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and sesame seeds. Health claim awaiting European authorization.

My son loves them and reminds me every day to give them to him! I can't rate its effectiveness, but it is assumed that it does what it says it does. I give them to him as a little extra, especially in times of convalescence when he eats less.
