Why buy Flaxseed Oil Powder by HSN?
Premium quality oil
Flaxseed oil is very sensitive to heating and treatment, so to obtain a high quality oil, flaxseed must be treated properly.
At HSN, our flaxseed oil is extracted by grinding the seed and using non-aggressive treatments based on mechanical cold pressing, resulting in an oil of supreme quality, which is then micro-encapsulated to make powder.
The highest quality oil!
High Omega-3 fatty acid content
Our flaxseed oil is high in polyunsaturated fats. Features:
Fatty acid | 100g content per product |
ALA alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3) | 27700 mg |
linoleic acid (Omega-6) | 7150 mg |
oleic acid (Omega-9) | 9000 mg |
Enjoy a vegetable oil with a significant amount of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.
Flavourless
Flaxseed oil powder has no flavour, just a sweet aftertaste typical of the corn syrup used for its micro-encapsulation.
This makes it perfect for all kinds of recipes, from protein shakes, to breads or pancakes; although our recommendation is to use it in cold recipes to prevent any deterioration due to the cooking temperature.
Vegan-friendly
Micro-encapsulation is usually carried out with lactose or milk proteins, which in addition to making the micro-encapsulated products unusable for those allergic to milk, makes them unsuitable for vegan diets.
Our product has been micro-encapsulated with corn syrup, a plant compound that ensures HSN flax oil powder is suitable for vegan diets.
How does Flaxseed Oil powder taste?
Flaxseed oil powder has a neutral, slightly milky taste.
