With a little bit, it thickens without adding flavor. I use it in cakes that I don't want to put a lot of flour to make them low carb but don't have such a liquid consistency before baking and they are great.

Excellent Guar gum

It works very well in cold dishes or preparations. It works very well for thickening plant-based milks to make yogurt and makes it creamy. It also works very well for making homemade ice cream. It is creamy and not pasty. The dosage is quite small because the product is of good quality and doesnt require large quantities. I recommend it and will buy it again.
