HSN's low-fat powdered yoghurt has a much longer best-before date than regular yoghurts that need to be kept in the fridge.
By pasteurisation of the milk and the heat treatment by which the product is dehydrated. This increases the time frame in which the food is safe, as bacteria do not proliferate as easily in dehydrated products that have also been previously heat-treated (pasteurisation). Moreover, thanks to this, no refrigeration is required.
Our yoghurt does not need to be kept in the fridge.
