Skimmed Milk Yoghurt Powder by HSN is made in an artisanal way, although when you see a powdered product, you may think it is something 'industrial', the process is simpler and more classic than you might expect.
Natural cow's milk is obtained from the milking of the animal on farms in Europe that care for the cows, guaranteeing all the health and quality of life needs under the legislated and protected standards of the European Union.
The cow's milk is pasteurised using heat treatment procedures that ensure the complete microbiological safety of the milk, which is then cooled and ready for consumption or further processing into by-products.
This milk is treated with lactic ferments of the Lactobacillus and Streptococcus strains and incubated to produce yoghurt naturally. The starter cultures are completely safe and alter the pH of the milk to produce yoghurt. This yoghurt is then cooled and ready for packaging.
Yoghurt has certain characteristics that make it require preservatives for its preparation, or, failing that, its expiry date is immediate, even with preservatives, a yoghurt in the fridge expires in a matter of days.
HSN solves this problem by dehydrating the yoghurt, making it less prone to the growth of negative bacteria due to the natural humidity of traditional yoghurt by drying it in heat pumps that cause the yoghurt to lose its water and concentrate into a powder that has a much longer shelf life (up to 2 years) without the need for added preservatives.

You can store the sack of produce in a pantry, just keep in mind that it should not be in direct sunlight, and the place should be cool and away from humidity, so near pots and pans is not a good place.

How to prepare yoghurt? Your way! To drink or eat with a spoon
You can prepare yoghurt however you like, it adapts to everything:
Follow the instructions in the picture above and mix the Yoghurt with the recommended amount of water to obtain a perfect consistency for drinking.
We recommend using a Shaker, as the result is better and the appearance of lumps is unlikely, whereas if it is prepared in other ways, such as mixing it in a bowl with a spoon, it requires more work to obtain a completely uniform result.
However, if you don't have a shaker, you can easily prepare it in a bowl.
You can also add Xanthan Gum, a natural thickener used to give density to culinary preparations. It goes great with our yoghurt.
Add a teaspoon per serving, for example, if you are preparing 4 servings you can use a 20ml dispenser filled to the brim, which is enough to give texture to the yoghurt and turn it from a drinking format into a spoonable presentation that you can spoon into a bowl and enjoy.
