This product should be taken with at least one full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough water can cause asphyxia. Do not take this product if you have problems to swallow. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. May contain gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts and sesame grains. Health claim awaiting European authorization.

This supplement, serves impressively well for constipation and at the same time cleansing the colon. It adjusts the bowel.

The product is great, for quality price I prefer the one from hsn which was no longer available. The jar like the tablet jar is not the best for the powder, but just decant it into a screw-top jar.
