Fenugreek seeds, gelatine, bulking agent [microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fibre)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Supposedly fenugreek, ginseng, ginger and maca help with sexual performance. I can't say if they help or not but I feel the same despite the fact that I am getting older. In any case it is very beneficial for health.
