    I have been using this product for several months now and although I still do not have a regular period on dates, I do have a regular period every month, which has never happened with any other treatment.

  • At the moment I don't notice it

    I have changed from the basic inositol to this one and so far, with one bottle, which is one month, I have not noticed any improvement. I will try one more month and if I don't notice anything I will go back to the other one of this brand that was great for me.

    I have switched to the powder version for convenience, but the truth is that it has been a good idea to introduce it into my routine. I have suffered from PCOS for many years and after stopping birth control, my periods have been very irregular.     I have been taking Pcos for two weeks now, I have menstrual pain and premenstrual and menstrual inflammation. I got my period yesterday and except for some breast pain, the rest of the pain and inflammation is completely gone! I highly recommend Pcos! Thanks for inventing it!
