At home we all take it, mainly for exercise, as it improves metabolism and helps you recover faster, but I have also noticed that I am less tired, more active. It's a large capsule but it's not hard to take. The bad thing is that the 240 capsule format is almost always out of stock. And sometimes there is no stock which is the bad thing.
