Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by fermentation of the bacterium Xanthomonas Campestris and is mainly used as a food thickener. Nutritionally, it's a pure carbohydrate in the form of soluble fibre, which is why many people use xanthan gum to increase fibre intake.
The main use of this ingredient is to provide viscosity to a liquid, so it can act as a thickening agent, stabiliser, emulsifier or suspension agent. It's often used in dairy products, sauces and pastries.

Egg White Powder 500g - FoodSeries
This ingredient is made from dehydrated egg white, obtained by separating the white from the egg yolk then dehydrating and drying the white until a fine powder is obtained. It's packed full of nutrients.
Egg whites contain pure protein, have no fats, carbohydrates or cholesterol, and contain all 9 essential amino acids in considerable proportions. Each serving of this food preparation is equivalent to 7 egg whites.

- First put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix, then gradually add the water.
- Mix the dough to the desired consistency and add a little more hydrolysed rice flour if necessary, until the dough compacts.
- Oiling your hands a little, form a ball from the dough and then let stand for a few minutes.
- Make two balls of the same size and put them in the oven for around 30 minutes at 170º.
- Fill to your heart's desire!

How to take EGG ALBUMIN POWDER 500g
