Xanthan Gum 150g - FoodSeries

Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by fermentation of the bacterium Xanthomonas Campestris and is mainly used as a food thickener. Nutritionally, it's a pure carbohydrate in the form of soluble fibre, which is why many people use xanthan gum to increase fibre intake.

The main use of this ingredient is to provide viscosity to a liquid, so it can act as a thickening agent, stabiliser, emulsifier or suspension agent. It's often used in dairy products, sauces and pastries.

Hydrolysed rice flour 3Kg - FoodSeries

A powdered food preparation based on ground, sieved and hydrolysed rice. This hydrolysis makes the flour more structurally simple, with a very soft texture and low degree of sedimentation.

The characteristics of this food makes it an excellent source of carbohydrates, with easy digestion and excellent taste.

Psyllium Husk Powder 150g - EssentialSeries

Psyllium husk is a food supplement obtained from the husk of the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant pure – dietary fibre. One of its properties is its ability to absorb water and provide viscosity, which will help us to give texture to our bread.

Like all the products in this pack, it is gluten-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This makes it ideal for countless diets and recipes.

Egg White Powder 500g - FoodSeries

This ingredient is made from dehydrated egg white, obtained by separating the white from the egg yolk then dehydrating and drying the white until a fine powder is obtained. It's packed full of nutrients.

Egg whites contain pure protein, have no fats, carbohydrates or cholesterol, and contain all 9 essential amino acids in considerable proportions. Each serving of this food preparation is equivalent to 7 egg whites.

PREPARATION

First put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix, then gradually add the water.
Mix the dough to the desired consistency and add a little more hydrolysed rice flour if necessary, until the dough compacts.
Oiling your hands a little, form a ball from the dough and then let stand for a few minutes.
Make two balls of the same size and put them in the oven for around 30 minutes at 170º.
Fill to your heart's desire!
