Since I started my low-carbohydrate diet, magnesium is a basic that I can not miss to avoid cramps and rest better. Everyone should supplement with magnesium because of the deficiency of this mineral in our diet and how important it is for multiple functions of our body. Of course I will continue to take it for life.
