Eggshell Membrane (Ovomet®) 300mg from EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules developed using the patented ingredient under the brand Ovomet®, which is undenatured eggshell membrane with a wide spectrum of natural bioactives from this structure.

Eggshell membrane is a recognized source of multiple compounds native to the egg, which are of nutritional interest to humans for their use as a dietary supplement as it provides different types of collagens, enzymes, and other compounds.     I am not able to assess the effects because they are difficult to measure without a laboratory and there is no consensus, but the side effects are negligible so, in case of bone, muscle or similar injury, odeal to give a chance to this type of product for its quality-price.

    It really helps the joints, I'm a vegetarian, and most supplements for joint problems have animal parts, be it cartilage, bones, etc. Eggshell is a very rich and effective supplement, and if you add vegan glucosamine sulphate we have perfection, it really works for me, I can now get back to over 4 km walking and climbing stairs without two feet. I recommend it
