Omega 3 3000mg by Vitaminalia is a food supplement in pearls based on fish oil standardised in Omega 3 fatty acids, 18% EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
Omega-3 fatty acids are structures in the form of polyunsaturated lipids that are characterised by the fact that they are nutritionally indispensable, i.e. they must be consumed through food as the body lacks the capacity to synthesise them from other nutrients.
This food supplement is high in Omega-3 fatty acids.

This essential fatty acid is found in vegetable oils and fish, especially oily fish and shellfish, and can also be found in smaller amounts in nuts.

Ingredients

I continuously buy Omega 3 capsules. This brand is the first time. I take 3 capsules per day, so it will last me about 122 days, great. It is certified by an EU laboratory, and imported by an Asturian company, which gives me confidence. The percentage of EPA 18% and DHA 12%, and the amount in mg 180 and 120 of each per capsule, perfect, total 300 mg per capsule, like any other good brand on the market. The ingredients are the same as others. So to take it in liquidation is a bargain.
