‌Boswellia Serrata Extract (20:1) 500mg 120 veg caps - EssentialSeries

A vegan supplement with a high concentration (20 times more concentrated than Boswellia Serrata in its natural state) and standardised to 70% boswellic acids. Made from Boswellia serrata resin extract, BioPerine^®, vitamin C, and manganese.

UC-II® 40mg 120 veg caps - EssentialSeries

Made from the effective raw material Lonza UC-II^® (type-II collagen). To enhance its formula, HSN has added vitamins (D, K, and C) and minerals (manganese and copper). It also contains coconut MTC, which helps to improve bioavailability and assimilation and makes it more effective. This supplement helps to maintain bone and connective tissues, thanks to its vitamin and mineral content.

'Bee Venom' Cream for Body Massage (Apitoxin-Like) 200ml - EssentialSeries

How to take these products?

At the start of the day, take 1 vegetable capsule of Boswellia Serrata Extract with breakfast.

In the afternoon, take 1 vegetable capsule of UC-II^® and mix 1 scoop of 20ml (approx. 15g) of Collagen Joint Health with 250ml of water. Take both products only once a day.

At night, take another vegetable capsule of Boswellia Serrata Extract to complete your daily intake of the product.

As for the 'Bee Venom' cream, apply it to the area with a gentle massage until fully absorbed as desired. Ideally before and after workouts but you can also use it in the morning or before going to bed.

Effective joint support

This pack is very good to take care of the joints, as I know well these HSN products I decided to give it to my husband, who has discomfort in his knees when he trains CrossFit. I'm sure it will be great for him, it's also a different detail for Christmas.
