    I have tried several brands of collagen, both type I and II, with all of them I have noticed a change for the better. I had been in pain for a long time and now I have finally been able to start doing sports. I don't know if it has coincided in time or if it has been the collagen. I have noticed that my elasticity has improved a lot in a short time. Doing the same exercises I've been doing for years. Very convenient format and dosage.
