The tablets are great. One is enough for me, but if you want more sweetness, it's better to use two. They dissolve perfectly in hot drinks, but with cold drinks it is quite difficult (as with most tablets on the market). As a point to improve, it would be nice if the container had a dispenser, because sometimes several pills have escaped when I tried to take them out. Otherwise, highly recommended!
