What is Cocoa powder?
Cocoa powder by FoodSeries is a food made from cocoa powder extracted from the seeds of Theobroma cacao L.
Pure quality cocoa is obtained in a simple way, by fermenting and drying the cocoa pods, carefully selecting the highest quality beans, and then roasting, grinding and sieving them to obtain a fine powder with an intense chocolate flavour. This is the process that our cocoa has followed.
Cocoa powder is 100% cocoa, with no added ingredients or additives.
Why buy Cocoa Powder at HSN?
Our cocoa powder is produced in the European Union, in the best facilities, by qualified professionals.
It has a nutritional table that is meticulously checked to the millimetre and a clean composition (100% cocoa), without colourings or preservatives.
We tell you all this because only by paying attention to these small details will you be able to understand, when you add it to your recipes, the texture and flavour that we have achieved.
Low-sugar cocoa powder
Forget about commercial cocoa with 80% sugars.
FoodSeries cocoa is a special cocoa for fitness diets, for those who want to take care of their body and reduce the calories or sugars they eat.
In its composition, we insist, there is nothing but cocoa. No preservatives, no colourings.
But the best thing is that we have managed to ensure that this does not prevent its taste from evoking the cocoa of a lifetime: real cocoa.
Certified quality process
Not all cocoa is the same.
Even 'pure cocoa' that you can find in large supermarkets differs from each other. Why and what makes HSN cocoa unique?
Because it is necessary to take care of the production process:
Excessive fermentation, roasting at excessively high temperatures to shorten time, or inadequate alkalinisation treatment can ruin the quality of the product.
Our cocoa powder has been processed by real experts in the treatment of the raw material, under a specific selection of processing conditions according to the characteristics of the cocoa beans harvested.
Enjoy cocoa like never before!
Make fitness desserts
Cocoa powder opens up a world of delicious recipes.
Sweets and desserts that respect the most committed lifestyles and do not involve excessive calorie consumption.
Healthy cakes, cupcakes, sponge cakes or biscuits. What are you in the mood for today?
How to take Cocoa powder?
You can use it in milk to make a cocoa shake, or you can use it in recipes.
Please note that the solubility of cocoa powder in aqueous solutions is quite poor, due to the characteristics of the product itself. To make cocoa shakes, it is preferable to use:
Instant cocoa + Inulin powder.

A satisfied customer says:
The best cocoa I have ever tasted!
Diego david 06/12/2023
It was a gift from HSN for a large order, to my surprise, it is healthier and more delicious than any of the ones you find in supermarkets, but by far! I just ran out of it a few days ago, so I'm sure I'll be ordering more. Indispensable for breakfasts where you drink milk, make homemade smoothies, etc.

Not bad
Luisito 28/07/2023
The price of this product is not that attractive and compared to any other cocoa it doesn't tell me more. It is true that it is good, it mixes easily in milk and yogurt.

Unfattened bitter cocoa
Enrico 08/09/2025
Top, I particularly like that it is not low-fat bitter cocoa like several on the market, since these are good fats. Packaging not damaged upon opening, and I must say that for the type of product in this case it is more than appropriate.
