What is Ghee?
Ghee by BioSeries is 100% organic clarified butter from grass-fed cows.
Ghee, or clarified butter, is an ultrapure source of fats obtained by removing the small percentage of water and other residues other than pure fat from normal cow butter.
Ghee withstands high temperatures and has an unmistakably delicious taste.
Why buy ghee?
Ghee is the most concentrated form of cow's milk fat, a 99.9% of its composition are pure fatty acids.
This makes it a fat material particularly desirable for its high resistance to heat in pots and pans, as well as for its great intensity of smoth flavour.
Our organic ghee is a food with:
- 0% salt.
- 0% sugar.
Suitable for Keto and Paleo diets.
Try it as part of your Bulletproof Coffee with Keto Instant Coffee, which contains coconut MCT.
Why buy Ghee from HSN?
Available with two comfortable and functional sizes to enjoy the best Ghee: 200g and 500g.
Pure clarified butter!
100% Ghee
HSN's Ghee is pure clarified butter, and contains no added ingredients to its composition.
Controlled processing
Ghee is made by increasing the temperature of cow butter so that the non-fatty components are separated by fat density, and thus can be removed to leave only the pure fat of cow's milk without moisture.
In fact, while butter is around 80% fat, ghee reaches up to 99.9% fat, values that you can find in HSN's Ghee BIO, and that are only achieved by the natural clarification treatment of the butter.
HSN's Ghee is manufactured controlling temperature and pressure throughout the treatment process to ensure the best possible end result.
Why without salt?
Because you don't need it.
The addition of salt or other sources of sodium is not necessary for the manufacture of Ghee or other butters.
Many of Ghee's salt-containing products are characterised by having been produced from by-products of dairy production that have been salted, and not from raw natural milk as is the case with our Ghee.
Enjoy maximum quality control with HSN products!

Natural composition
Our Ghee has 100% natural manufacturing, through mechanical treatment, heating the fat from the milk to separate the fraction that isn't pure fat.
This is why HSN's organic Ghee has no additives or anything extra other than pure milk fat.
Lactose-free
Thanks to the controlled and high quality treatment to which BioSeries Ghee is subjected, we can guarantee the total absence of lactose in the product, since, being pure milk fat, there are no milk sugar residues (lactose) in the final product.
Ghee is a lactose-free product.
Withstands high temperatures
It has an extremely high smoldering point exceeding 250º C.
This makes it an ideal option for cooking recipes in ovens and pans – the integrity of its fatty acids is higher, and the formation of aromatic compounds and other unwanted compounds for health that make the oil rancid are much lower.
The Ghee can be reused for frying up to 3 times, with maximum stability.
BIO/ECO/Organic
BioSeries Ghee is organic, with the European certificate for organic livestock products.
Which guarantees that its production:
- Respects plant and animal health .
- Uses energy and natural resources responsibly.
- Excludes the use of GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms).
- Uses mechanical production methods.
- Restricts the use of external means, unnatural substances and high solubility fertilisers.
Guaranteeing the most sustainable development of the Ghee production process.
When should you use Ghee?
You can use it as you do other oils and butters in recipes, or as a complement to your smoothies or dishes.
Remember that Ghee, due to its high purity, is solid at room temperature, to be able to work with it in recipes such as doughs, you have to temper it to soften its texture.
If you want to use it as an oil, the moment it makes contact with a hot pan it will simply convert from solid to liquid.
