What are the properties of Dark Choco with Coconut - Sugar Free?
This dark chocolate bar with coconut and 0% sugar includes a 72% of Belgian cocoa. Belgian cocoa is an ingredient that has been internationally recognised as a true delicacy, it has a unique flavour and texture that sets it apart from other chocolates.
The secret of Belgian chocolate is in the origin and quality of its beans, in the concentration of cocoa and in the manufacturing process since it is made by hand.
How is it different?
Belgian cocoa stands out among conventional cocoa due to its purity and because it is not mixed with vegetable fats. It is a pure chocolate made with a 100% cocoa beans that have been carefully selected according to their degree of ripeness, color, size and weight.
Once selected, some of these beans are ground to obtain the cocoa powder and another part is pressed to obtain Belgian cocoa butter and paste, which are also used to make this product.
We have added maltilol in order to create a chocolate bar that has the taste of conventional chocolate, but with less sugars (and empty calories). Maltitol is a natural sweetener with a sugar-like taste but it does not increases the blood sugar levels and it does not cause caries.
It also contains a 5% of natural coconut and a touch of vanilla essence. A unique blend of flavours that will surprise you!

It seems to me a healthy and natural product, without dairy or sugars or other additives but I think it lacks cocoa flavor. I like the coconut with the cocoa/chocolate, but honestly it lacks more chocolate flavor. I consider it an acceptable product

I love it and it tastes great

I ate it and it had a very good taste and texture and I made it into truffles with coconut oil and they were delicious.
