It is perfect for a full week. It has 7 compartments large enough to fit the daily doses for the whole week and it is not bulky at all. Ideal for travel and not having to carry jars.

This pillbox has been super handy for my 7 day trip. In each of the 7 compartments I was able to store 9 fairly large capsules, which is my daily supplementation. It saved me a lot of space in my suitcase by not having to carry each bottle separately. Also, since I already counted the capsules before I left, I don't have to worry about doing it every day. It is true that the color is not the prettiest.

I would like the compartments to be a little larger, and the individual lids make it easier to preserve the product.
