24.12% L-leucine, 14.6% L-lysine hydrochloride, acid (citric acid), 12.1% L-isoleucine, 12.1% L-valine, 7.7% L-phenylalanine, 6.2% L-threonine, flavoring, 1.9% L-histidine, 1.4% L-tryptophan, 1.1% L-methionine, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides), emulsifiers (soy lecithins, monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids), color (betanin). It may contain traces of milk, lactose, gluten and egg.

Mix 13g of powder (1 scoop) in 500ml of water.
