What is Jacked3D?
Jacked by USPLabs is a nutritional supplement in powder made of L-citrulline, beta alanine (CarnoSyn®), creatine monohydrate, and tyrosine.
What are the properties of Jacked3D?
It is a pre-workout made of:
- L-citrulline
- Beta-Alanine (Carnosyn®)
- Caffeine
- Anhydrous creatine and creatine monohydrate
- Pine bark extract (Pinus Pinaster)
- Choline bitartrate
How to take Jacked3D?
Mix 1 scoop (5.5g) with 120ml of cold water and take 30-45 minutes before training.
Do this the first three times that you are using this product. You can increase the dose gradually from the 4th time onward by half a scoop (2.75g) until you reach the maximum recommended amount (2 scoops = 11g).
Do not exceed the maximum recommended amount in a period of 24 hours or use it more than 5 consecutive days in a period of one week.
Drink at least 3.7 liters of liquid daily if you are a man or 2.7 liters of water if you are a woman.
