Infusion: Put 1 teaspoon of fucus per cup. Add boiling water, let it settle for 5-10 minutes and filter. Decoction (root, stem): put the fucus in boiling water, cook for 2-5 minutes, let it settle for 5-10 minutes and filter, 1 teaspoon per cup.
