This new HSN pack has been designed for those athletes who want to increase their performance during the workout sessions and recover properly afterwards.
It includes two HSN products made of specific protein and amino acids such as beta-alanine.

Evowhey Protein is a formula from whey protein concentrate with a 70% of pure protein, without barely any fat or sodium, as well as a low amount of carbohydrates.

HOW TO TAKE?
It is advisable to follow a regular intake pattern of both supplements in order to obtain the best results. We suggest using them for at least 4 weeks together with a workout plan:
- Beta-Alanine: take 4g daily
- Evowhey: Depending on your protein requirements, you can drink from 1 to 3 shakes daily. Each shake is made of 1-2 scoops mixed in water or milk.
WHEN TO TAKE?
- Beta-Alanine: Take 2g Before and After the Workout. If you do not do exercise that day, we suggest distribute the serving (4g) in your meals.
