Sports Energy Extreme by Now Foods is a supplement made with vitamins B, Magnesium and Caffeine, specially designed for sportspeople and active people.

What are the properties of Sports Energy Extreme?

As well as vitamins B, the formula contains minerals (iodine, magnesium and chromium).

It also provides 100mg of acffeine (per 2 capsules) and extracts of Guarana, Green tea, Yerba mate, Rhodiola and Ginseng, and amino acids such as Taurine, L-Tyrosine, L-Citrulline. Energy Extreme additionally includes Carnipure® (L-Carnitina) and Coenzyme Q10.

Sports Energy Extreme can be taken before workouts along with a 'pre-workout' supplement containing ingredients such as BCAA's, Beta-Alanine, Creatine, etc. Just keep in mind that Sports Energy Extreme already includes caffeine, so the product that you combine it with should not have additional caffeine.

After the training session it is ideal to take a drink that is rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
