Ginkgo Extract (Ginkgo biloba) (Leaf) (50:1 standardised extract, min. 24% Ginkgoflavlavonglycosides and 6% terpene lactones), eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root), coating agent [cellulose (capsule)], anti-caking agent [stearic acid (plant source)].

When spring arrives I usually use some adaptogen for a while to better cope with the asthenia. I rotate as I see fit, I have used this formulation before and it works great. Highly recommended.
