What is Linseed Oil?
Linseed oil by Naturgreen is an organic linseed oil obtained from first cold pressing.
Characteristics of Linseed Oil
Linseed oil comes from the plant Linum usitatissimum (linseed) and its seeds have a high fibre value as well as having a good satiating effect.
The composition of your 100% organic Naturgreen linseed oil is characterised by its high content in polyunsaturated fatty acids with ALA (omega 3) and phytochemicals.
This linseed oil is excellent for dressing salads, soups, rice and pasta but remember to consume it raw as it is a delicate oil that denatures at high temperatures. A tip? If the oil crystallises, you can heat it slightly (between 30-35º) and shake it. Delicious!
First cold pressing, first quality seal
When consuming linseed oil, always look for 'first cold extraction' on its label for availability.
With Naturgreen you guarantee quality!
Who is it for
- Vegans and vegetarians.
- Anyone who wants a high quality, 100% organic, first cold pressed linseed oil.

Not recommended for eating
Se puede usar, pero.. 20/01/2021
Not good to eat. When I opened the bottle, it already had a strong touch of bitterness (this happens due to the oxidation of polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fatty acids). After opening it, I kept it in the fridge. The next day it was totally spoiled (very bitter). This oil is not for eating. It can be used for external use.
