How to take Grated Bio Coconut?

Grated Bio Coconut can be used for baking, to make a Gluten-Free Almond Cake, for example.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of coconut sugar
  • 250 grams of grated coconut
  • Butter to grease the recipient of the cake

Preparation:

  • Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs.
  • Whisk the eggs whites until they are stiff and store in the fridge.
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and butter (at room temperature) until it gets a foamy aspect.
  • Stir softly and add the ground almonds.
  • At last, add the egg whites to the blend.
  • Grease the mold with a little bit of butter and put the cake blend in the mold.
  • Put it in the preheated oven and cook at 160º for 45 minutes.
  • Decorate with Grated Bio Coconut on top.
