How to take Bio Chia Seeds?
You can use Bio Chia Seeds for salads, yogurts, shakes, mixed with bread, or in your favorite recipes. Consume directly or soak them for 30 minutes (gel format).
Another way of consuming them is in delicious vanilla biscuits with chia seeds.
Ingredients:
- 50g of Instant Oat Flour vanilla flavor
- A bit of vanilla essence
- 2 spoonfuls of chia seeds
- Half grated lemon
- 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 spoonful of Coconut Oil
- 1 pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 100ml of water or Vegetable Drink (soy, oat, rice...)
Preparation:
- Take a bowl and add the oat flour, ginger, cinnamon, bicarbonate, grated lemon, and chia seeds. Stir well.
- Add the water or vegetable drink. Add more or less liquid in order to obtain a mass.
- Mix well and add the coconut oil and the vanilla essence. Add the salt and stir so that everything is well combined.
- Knead the mass and make the biscuits. You can make 4 big ones.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven around 200ºC for 10 minutes.
- Put the biscuits on the oven tray with some baking paper, and put them in the oven.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes at 170ºC, and make sure that the biscuits get a golden color. Cook for a few more minutes if necessary.
