This dressing contains 6% acidity, the minimum recommended acidity level. It is dark in colour and is obtained from the crushed grape must which matures by slow acidification through a natural fermentation process.
With a sweet and sour taste, this organic vinegar is ideal for adding flavour to your salads.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, you can now add your favourite organic vinegar to vinaigrettes. If you have a sweeter palate, we recommend mixing with a spoonful of honey and that's it!
In hot dishes, you can use it with meats and green lettuce leaves. The order for a better dressing with this vinegar is: salt, balsamic vinegar and oil.
Ancient method
Did you know that this vinegar has followed an ancestral method of preparation based on the oxidation of wine and concentrated must? The process to create this vinegar begins with a first rigorous selection of ripe, high quality organic grapes due to their richness in sugars and aromatic esters.
After a long period of maturation in American and French oak barrels, a unique harmonisation of fruit and ripeness is achieved. The oak gives this unique product notes of toast, coffee and caramel, which, in combination with the sugars in the must and the acidity of the vinegar, give rise to an unmistakable balsamic vinegar.
