Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) from KetoSeries is a vegan powdered food supplement, based on calcium, sodium and magnesium salts of Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB).
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) from HSN is the first food supplement on the Spanish market, specifically for keto diets, containing exclusively various forms of ketone salts. It’s very versatile and perfect to combine with other food supplements, especially pre-workout supplements.
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) is suitable for vegans and does not contain Genetically Modified Organisms.
Ketogenic diets are based on the restriction of carbohydrate consumption to increase the oxidation of fatty acids and the creation of ketone bodies as an alternative energy substrate.
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) contains beta-hydroxybutyrate, the main ketone body created and used by the body as an energy substrate in the form of ketones (Evans et al., 2017).
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) is specially developed to be used:
- Before training.
- Before studying/working.
It could be considered a 'base' food supplement, although by itself it is sufficient to supplement a keto diet; as it combines perfectly with other compounds such as:

Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) dissolves easily in water.
Thanks to its grinding and filtering, we've managed to develop a food supplement in a fine microcrystalline powder; which is easily dispersed in the medium it's mixed in, and allows us to easily obtain a homogeneous solution.
A very common practice for keto athletes from the American continent, where exogenous ketones (especially BHB salts) have gained well-deserved recognition involves:
Using a food supplement based on these compounds (such as Keto BHB) in a large volume of water during the day, both in study sessions and when training.
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) is designed to be mixed as a dispenser serviing (14g) in 300ml of water, and to be ready instantly.
Orange, Blackcurrant, Fruit Punch and Blood Orange.
A range of 4 flavours, ideal to complement the neutral taste of BHB salts.
Exogenous ketones are characterised by a particularly bitter taste in their micronised neutral version, and as a result many of the food supplements that our developers tested during the research process for the creation of Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) weren’t convincing.
We've followed the most logical line to obtain that great taste that was missing:
Developing fruity flavours, with light citric notes which covers up the bitterness of the beta-hydroxybutyrate.
Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) is a dietary supplements based on great tasting ketone salts.

Both Keto BHB (Exogenous Ketones) and the KetoSeries range were borne of the same mission:

A satisfied customer says:
Unbeatable value for money. I ordered blackcurrant flavor and I love it, it tastes like blackberry. A plus for me, is that with a dispenser, although it says dissolve in 300ml of water, you can dissolve it in twice as much and get a copious amount of a very rich and smooth tasting drink to drink during the morning on an empty stomach. In 300ml is too concentrated and sweet, but it is logical because the ketone salts in itself has a too bitter taste and this is the only way to make them drinkable, the solution? As I say, add more water and enjoy. The most important thing, quality!Show original language
A critical customer says:
My opinion is about the taste, I have tried fruit punch and orange, they are both very cloying, too much sweetener, I do not think it takes so much. I didn't like the punch taste, the orange one is tolerable. As for the effectiveness I couldn't say yes. I don't think I will buy it again.Show original language
