What is Micellar Casein?
Micellar Casein by HSNraw is the milk protein fraction that has a slow digestion rate and a progressive amino acid discharge to the plasma. Therefore, it makes the nutrition more efficient while stimulating the muscle protein synthesis for a longer period of time (Boirie et al., 1997).
