Evowhey Protein 2.0 is a whey protein concentrate, a whey protein concentrate, with good absorption speed and digestibility, since in its production process casein is separated from milk and pure whey concentrate is obtained.

HOW TO TAKE IT?
On getting up and before breakfast
- Take 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein 2.0, mixed with 200-250ml of non-fat milk, vegetable drink or water.
- 15 minutes before the start of your workout, take 1 scoop (11g) of Evobcaa 2.0 mixed with 200ml of water.
- Take smalls sips (11g) of Evobcaa 2.0 mixed with 200ml of water.
- Once your workout is over, take 1 Evowhey Protein 2.0 mixed with 200-250ml of water.
If you don't train
- Take 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein 2.0 mixed with 200-250ml non-fat milk, vegetable drink or water once a day between meals.
