Instant Oat Flour 2.0 is a food preparation based on common oats (Avena sativa L.). To make the product, the whole grain has undergone a process of grinding and micro-filtration to obtain a fine flour that's very easy to consume and use in our recipes.
Oats are an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, provide 15% plant-based protein, and are one of the best amino-grams amongst plant-based foods. It also has a high fibre content and satiating effect, which makes it ideal for weight control.
HOW TO USE IT?
While you can add it to any recipe, here's a link to more than 50 oat pancake recipes. You can also mix it with water or dairy or plant milk for a tasty meal. If doing so, it's best to use a shaker with a grid to get a perfect mix.
WHEN TO HAVE IT?
