Evomass is the perfect combination of proteins and carbs. It is made of whey protein concentrate while the energy sources come from a blend of maltodextrin and dextrose. Moreover, it provides fats from the MCT's. HOW TO TAKE?
When getting up
- We recommend taking 1 dispenser of Instant Oat Flour 2.0.
- Take just 1 scoop of Instant Oat Flour either mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
- Take 3 scoops of Evomass 2.0 + 1/2 scoop of Micronised Creatine Monohydrate.
Alternatively, if you do not train, you can take 3 scoops of Evomass 2.0 + 1/2 scoop of Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, once between meals.
